- Treat business solutions as products define problem statements, build roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and own outcomes end to end
- Analyze and optimize the end to end sales process from lead generation to revenue realization
- Lead the ideation, design, testing, and deployment of Agentic AI solutions across functions
- Apply strong analytical skills to interrogate large datasets and translate findings into recommendations
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports
- Identify and lead automation opportunities using tools like Power Automate, Python, or RPA platforms
- Analyze business trends, competitor benchmarks, and internal performance data to support strategic decision making
- Work with IT and transformation teams to evaluate and implement digital tools
- Maintain documentation for automated processes, AI agent workflows, and reporting standards
- Drive user onboarding and change management for new tools and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, financial systems, commercial/sales analytics, or transformation roles
- Demonstrated experience with digital transformation and AI/automation initiatives
- Exposure to sales processes and/or financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, or month end close
- Track record of owning solutions or products from concept to delivery
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, interactive dashboards) and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem solving mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

Job Description
- We are seeking a strategic and forward thinking Senior Business Analyst to drive high impact transformation initiatives across the organization.
- This role blends a product mindset, deep understanding of sales and commercial processes, strong analytical capability, and hands on experience shaping Agentic AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Treat business solutions as products define problem statements, build roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and own outcomes end to end.
- Analyze and optimize the end to end sales process, from lead generation and pipeline management to forecasting, conversion, and revenue realization.
- Lead the ideation, design, testing, and deployment of Agentic AI solutions across functions such as Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and Customer Experience.
- Apply strong analytical and quantitative skills to interrogate large, complex datasets.
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Identify and lead automation opportunities using tools like Power Automate, Python, or RPA platforms.
- Analyze business trends, competitor benchmarks, and internal performance data.
- Work with IT and transformation teams to evaluate, pilot, and implement digital tools.
- Maintain documentation for automated processes, AI agent workflows, and reporting standards.
- Drive user onboarding and change management for new tools and processes.
- Ensure reporting, automation, and AI processes adhere to internal controls and data governance policies.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; Master's/MBA is a plus.
- Certifications in data analytics, Power BI, automation tools, AI platforms, product management, or Agile are a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, financial systems, commercial/sales analytics, or transformation roles.
- Demonstrated experience with digital transformation and AI/automation initiatives.
- Exposure to sales processes and/or financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, or month end close.
- Track record of owning solutions or products from concept to delivery.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, interactive dashboards) and Excel; Tableau a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong storytelling and executive communication.
