Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings across e commerce platforms and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Noon)
- Ensure accurate product information including pricing, pack sizes, barcodes, and descriptions
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to maintain stock availability and prevent out of stock situations
- Execute online promotions, discounts, and bundle offers in line with trade marketing plans
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare reports (sales, stock levels, campaign performance)
- Track competitor pricing, promotions, and assortment
- Optimize product visibility through keyword updates, banners, and merchandising
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers for campaigns and visibility opportunities
- Ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any operational issues impacting customer experience
- Support new product launches online, ensuring timely listing and visibility
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in e commerce
- Strong Excel skills (reporting, data tracking)
- Good understanding of online merchandising and promotions
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
