Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
The role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and supporting successful delivery through UAT and stakeholder collaboration.
Core Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation and defect tracking
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical deliverables
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement walkthrough sessions
- Assist in solution design discussions and ensure requirements clarity
- Maintain proper documentation, traceability, and change management
Experience Required
- 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and UAT support
- Ability to work in cross-functional delivery environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
