- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Document functional and non functional requirements
- Create user stories, process flows, and use case diagrams
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams
- Support UAT by preparing test cases and validating outcomes
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist in change management and training activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital projects
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Excel
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent is a plus
