Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to identify, evaluate, and solve business challenges.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear technology requirements and actionable solutions.
- Challenge proposed solutions and recommend scalable approaches based on underlying business needs.
- Lead and support initiatives involving process improvement, systems integration, data management, and technology enablement.
- Manage project workstreams, research options, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration among business teams, technology partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support SharePoint migration, AI adoption, automation, and system-enhancement initiatives.
- Evaluate workflows to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate across locations and time zones and provide analysis for strategic decisions.
