Business Analyst - Content & Document Management

Required Skills

• 6–9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Analyst. • Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation. • Proven experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements. • Strong domain knowledge and hands on experience with C3M (Customer Communications Management), IBM FileNet, and IBM CMOD (Content Manager OnDemand). • Ability to map business requirements to end products and technical solutions. • Experience collaborating with technical teams to validate design, implementation, and delivery. • Strong understanding of change management, including reviewing and auditing change requests for completeness, impact, and feasibility. • Ability to assess and validate testing practices, ensuring adequate coverage and alignment with business requirements. • Experience reviewing and validating implementation and deployment plans within the content management domain. • Strong documentation skills, including preparation of BRDs, FRDs, data mappings, process flows, and use cases. • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred Skills : • Experience working in regulated or high volume document environments (banking, insurance, healthcare, government). • Familiarity with document lifecycle management, archiving, and retention policies. • Exposure to ETL or data integration concepts supporting content platforms. • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models. • Knowledge of testing methodologies, including UAT planning and defect management. • Ability to perform solution impact analysis and risk assessment. • Strong ability to multitask and perform effectively in high pressure environments.
