Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document stakeholder business requirements.
• Translate business needs and pain points into AI and digital solution requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FSDs, functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Work with technology, AI, data, and development teams through solution delivery.
• Support UAT, test cases, validation, and defect clarification.
• Coordinate solution demonstrations, walkthroughs, and stakeholder presentations.
• Support systems integration and large-scale enterprise IT projects.
• Participate in workshops, gap analysis, and solution discussions.
• Explain complex AI and technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage multiple requirements and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• 4–7 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven projects, enterprise AI solutions, or digital transformation.
• Strong business requirements gathering and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience preparing BRDs, FSDs, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Experience supporting testing, UAT, validation, and solution demonstrations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software and systems integration projects.
• Strong presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to bridge business, technology, and AI teams.
• Fluent Arabic and English is mandatory.
