Hypermine AI is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a client engagement in the UAE.
The role focuses on AI, digital transformation, and enterprise IT solutions.
The Business Analyst will connect business stakeholders with technology and AI teams.
Experience and Languages
- The role requires 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Fluent Arabic and English are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document stakeholder business requirements.
- Translate business needs and process pain points into AI and digital solution requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FSDs, functional requirements, process flows, and user stories.
- Collaborate with technology, AI, data, and development teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Support UAT, test cases, validation, and defect clarification.
- Coordinate solution demos, walkthroughs, and stakeholder presentations.
- Support systems integration and large-scale enterprise IT projects.
- Participate in workshops, gap analysis, and solution discussions.
- Explain complex AI and technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage multiple requirements and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven projects, enterprise AI solutions, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong business requirements gathering and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience with BRDs, FSDs, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
- Experience supporting testing, UAT, validation, and solution demonstrations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software and systems integration projects.
- Strong presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
