Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, epics, user stories, and process flows
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to ensure successful solution delivery
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business users to validate solutions
- Prepare and maintain BRDs, process maps, and supporting documentation
- Analyze and optimize existing banking processes, systems, and customer journeys
- Ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards
- Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams
- Contribute to initiatives involving customer onboarding, KYC, customer lifecycle management, and digital banking transformation
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
- Ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
- Experience creating functional specifications, epics, user stories, and process flows
- Experience supporting UAT and coordinating with business users
- Knowledge of banking processes, KYC, customer lifecycle management, and digital transformation
