- Business Process understanding and ability to assess, model, and optimize workflows
- Experience in defining and managing Business Requirements for digital platforms or services
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the construction or recruitment industry in the UAE is an advantage
- Proficiency with productivity and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, reporting dashboards, or business analysis software)
- Ability to work independently, manage part time hours effectively, and collaborate in a hybrid environment

Role Description
- The Business Analyst will work part time in a hybrid arrangement, primarily based in Abu Dhabi with flexibility for some work from home.
- This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements related to job posting workflows, user experience, and platform performance.
- The Business Analyst will map and improve business processes, identify opportunities for operational efficiency, and prepare clear documentation and reports for stakeholders.
- Daily tasks include analyzing data trends from job listings, collaborating with cross functional teams to refine features, and supporting decision making with structured insights.
- The role also includes facilitating meetings, clarifying requirements between business and technical teams, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for the platform.
Qualifications
