The Business Analyst shapes technology and data solutions from concept through delivery by translating business challenges into clear requirements.
The role works with clients, Product Owners, designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet objectives and create measurable value.
Discovery and Requirements
- Partner with clients and stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and opportunities.
- Elicit, analyze, document, validate, and review business and technical requirements.
- Translate requirements into testable Agile user stories and supporting documentation.
- Facilitate requirements approvals and solution discussions.
Solution Design and Data
- Create process flows, use cases, wireframes, and other solution development artifacts.
