Role Summary
Business Analyst supporting complex technology, data, payment, and customer experience solutions from concept through delivery.
Works with clients, Product Owners, designers, developers, data teams, and QA teams to turn business challenges into clear requirements.
The role helps ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives, solve the right problems, and create measurable client value.
Discovery and Requirements Definition
- Partner with clients and stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
- Translate requirements into clear, testable Agile user stories and supporting documentation.
- Facilitate requirements reviews, approvals, and solution discussions with clients and delivery teams.
Solution Design and Data Analysis
- Create process flows, use cases, wireframes, and other artifacts supporting solution development.
- Collaborate across application development, data, and user experience teams to ensure requirements are actionable.
- Write and analyze complex SQL queries for requirements validation, solution design, and business analysis.
