- Manage a portfolio of Mass Affluent Clients, building, increasing, and retaining valued business based on targets and financial acumen
- Provide specialized insights into the business and join the leadership team
- Build professional brand to create Centres of Influence (COI) that drive financial health
- Manage complex retail & business deals and translate information into easy to understand solutions
- Demonstrate broad knowledge of finance, business management, and marketplace to provide relevant advice
- Proactively take informal leadership role by influencing and advising on processes and issues
- Provide client access to self service options and set them up on digital platforms
- Translate annual business targets/metrics into actionable activities and routines
- Identify business strengths and opportunities to determine full partnership potential
- Lead programs or initiatives that improve ATB's presence and reputation in the community
- Understand and apply Risk Management policies and procedures
- Fulfill customers' everyday banking needs by connecting them to right products, services, and partners
Requirements
- Post secondary degree/diploma in finance, business administration, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience and/or certification in a related field desirable
- 3 5 years experience in retail and business banking
- Exceptional customer service skills with ability to establish and maintain professional relationships
- In depth analytical and problem solving skills, data driven decision making
- Fluent communicator adaptable to audience (verbal, written, digital)
- Amazing attention to detail and follow through skills
- Expert knowledge of banking practices and regulations

- Demonstrate broad knowledge of finance, business management, and the local and global marketplace.
- Proactively take an informal leadership role by influencing and advising on established and new thinking, processes, and issues.
- Provide the client with access to self service options, set them up on digital platforms, and serve them through the channel of their choice.
- Translate annual business targets/metrics into actionable activities and routines.
- Be a trusted partner who can identify a business’ strengths and frame opportunities to determine the full partnership potential.
- Lead programs or initiatives that improve ATB's presence and reputation within the community.
- Have a thorough understanding of Risk Management policies and procedures.
- Consistently and confidently fulfill customers' everyday banking needs through connecting them to the right products, services, and partners.
- Foster discussions and collaborative efforts around best practices while integrating them into execution.
- Hold to commitments and set clear priorities and realistic timeframes.

- Fluent communicator who can adapt communication style and methods to best suit your audience (verbal, written, & digital).

- Expert knowledge of banking practices and regulations is a must have.
Accreditation
- Post secondary degree/diploma in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience and/or certification in a related field of study desirable.
- 3 5 years experience in retail and business banking.
Additional Information
- This role is based out of Calgary Marda Loop branch, but on occasion may be required to travel to neighbouring branches or ATB corporate locations.
