Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 34 seater bus in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies
- Transport passengers to designated locations safely and on schedule
- Conduct daily pre trip and post trip inspections of the vehicle
- Ensure the bus is clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained
- Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or maintenance requirements immediately
- Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and fuel consumption records as required
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the journey
- Follow assigned routes and schedules while adapting to traffic and road conditions
- Comply with all health, safety, and transportation regulations
Requirements
- Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Bus/Passenger Transport)
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience driving buses, preferably 30 seater or larger
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
- Good knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving practices
- Basic knowledge of vehicle inspection and preventive maintenance
- Ability to communicate effectively with passengers and supervisors
- Physically fit and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime if required
- Experience driving staff transportation, school buses, or company buses (preferred)
- Basic first aid knowledge is an advantage
- Familiarity with GPS navigation and route planning (preferred)

Job Summary
