- Develop new burger concepts and seasonal menu items
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation
- Manage daily pastry kitchen operations, including preparation schedules and production planning
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation
- Control food costs, minimize waste, and ensure efficient use of ingredients
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to support menu development and special events
- Train and supervise junior pastry staff when required
- Ensure all equipment and work areas are properly maintained and organized
Requirements
- Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Burger Chef
- Hands on experience in the Saudi market
- Strong understanding of local customer preferences and market trends in KSA
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment

Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and creative Burger Chef with proven experience in the Saudi Arabian market.
- The ideal candidate must have a strong background in producing high quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods that align with local market preferences and international standards.
- Saudi residency is mandatory, and applicants must present a professional portfolio of previous work.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of burgers, sandwiches, and related food items in accordance with company standards and quality guidelines.
- Develop new burger concepts and seasonal menu items that align with the Saudi market and customer preferences.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of all pastry items.
- Manage daily pastry kitchen operations, including preparation schedules and production planning.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with KSA regulations.
- Control food costs, minimize waste, and ensure efficient use of ingredients.

Required Qualifications & Experience
