Location and Work Setting
- The role is based in Dubai and requires in-person work.
- The work involves restaurant or cloud-kitchen food production.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook burgers, patties, sauces, and sides.
- Handle large-volume production while maintaining consistent quality.
- Grill, fry, and assemble burgers according to standardized recipes.
- Prepare bulk orders and scheduled catering orders on time.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and proper food storage.
- Complete pre-preparation such as marination, portioning, and cutting for next-day orders.
- Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines.
- Coordinate daily production with the Catering Supervisor or Head Chef.
- Manage stock efficiently and report shortages in advance.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a Burger Chef or Grill Cook.
- Prior restaurant kitchen or cloud kitchen experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of grilling, frying, and burger assembly.
- Ability to manage speed, consistency, and pressure.
- Understanding of food safety standards.
- Teamwork and good communication skills.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–AED 3,000 per month.
