Role Overview
Drive building-segment growth across the Central Region through project development, solution promotion, and strategic customer engagement.
Focus on Schneider Electric solutions including power distribution, building automation, energy management, Digital, EcoStruxure, and IoT-enabled offerings.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with contractors and end users and develop new project opportunities.
- Engage early to secure specifications and influence project design.
- Promote integrated building, power, energy, digital, EcoStruxure, and IoT-enabled solutions.
- Develop offers, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and support project execution.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitors to shape sales strategies.
- Influence consultants, ministries, and stakeholders from specification through project award.
- Coordinate with the Prescription team, business units, and channel teams.
- Use contractor and developer networks to increase market penetration in KSA.
- Report pipeline development, project progress, and forecast accuracy to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- 8–10 years of proven sales experience in the building segment.
