As part of the Brand Solutions team, you’ll be the brain behind influencer strategies that brands say yes to.

• Turn Briefs into Big Ideas: Understand client requirements, decode what the brand actually needs (awareness, engagement, conversions), and build influencer-first campaign concepts that solve for it.
• Build Winning Pitches: Create compelling presentations with strong narratives-right from campaign thought, platform mix, influencer approach, and expected outcomes. This is what helps convert prospects into clients.
• Influencer Strategy & Mapping: Identify the right set of creators based on brand fit, audience relevance, and campaign goals—not just follower count. Think quality, not vanity metrics.
• Campaign Structuring: Design how a campaign will flow-content formats, timelines, deliverables, and execution approach-ensuring it’s both creative and practical.
• Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with sales, account management, and execution teams to ensure ideas are aligned with client expectations and can be executed smoothly.
• Market & Trend Awareness: Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and what’s working in the influencer space to bring fresh, relevant ideas to the table.
• Insight-Backed Thinking: Use past campaign data, industry benchmarks, and audience insights to strengthen proposals and make them more result-oriented.

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand strategy
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and influencer ecosystem
• Ability to think creatively while staying grounded in business objectives
