Script Writing Manager

3-5 years of experience in scriptwriting, content writing, creative writing, copywriting, or a similar content/creative role.

Strong experience writing for social media and digital-first content , especially short-form video.

Excellent understanding of storytelling, hooks, pacing, narrative structures and audience psychology .

Ability to generate original content ideas and turn them into compelling, executable scripts.

Strong understanding of creator content and influencer marketing .

Ability to adapt writing styles across different creators, platforms, audiences and brand categories.

Experience managing, mentoring or reviewing the work of a team of writers .

Strong editing and feedback skills with a sharp eye for what makes content engaging.

Excellent command of language, grammar and communication.

Ability to work on multiple briefs and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment .
