About the Role

- Contribute to development of seasonal and national campaign content
- Collect campaign performance data and submit to brand team
- Support execution of cultural and community initiatives
- Maintain and organize brand archives and approved materials
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or equivalent
- 1 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in branding or campaigns
- Experience in food & beverage or retail environment preferred

Job Purpose
- Supporting the execution of brand activities through coordinating campaigns, preparing content, overseeing designs, and ensuring the application of brand identity across all channels.
- This role contributes to presenting Barnes’ identity in a cohesive and engaging way in the market and among customers.
