About The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Brand Manager to own the execution of brand activations, events, go-to-market launches, and influencer initiatives at Eyewa.

Reporting to the Brand Director, this role is about bringing ideas to life.

You’ll be in the field as much as in the boardroom, working across a fast-moving retail and e-commerce environment with real regional scale.

The ideal candidate comes from a brand marketing or events background within retail, consumer, fashion, or beauty, and is stronger on execution than strategy, someone who thrives on delivering campaigns that look great, land on time, and stay on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Events & Activations:**
  • Plan and deliver brand events and experiential campaigns end-to-end, from concept through on-ground execution.
  • **GTM & Launches:**
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new brand and product launches, coordinating timelines and deliverables across teams.
  • **Partnerships & Collaborations:**
  • Pitch, negotiate, and execute brand partnerships and co-marketing initiatives aligned with Eyewa’s positioning.
  • **Influencer & PR Support:**
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams on influencer programmes and PR activations.
  • **Cross-functional Alignment:**
  • Work closely with Buying, E-commerce, Retail, Growth, Creative, and PR to ensure a consistent brand experience.
  • **Performance & Reporting:**
  • Track campaign results, share insights with the Brand Director, and continuously improve execution quality.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, events, or activations, ideally within retail, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
  • Proven track record of executing brand events, activations, launches, and GTM campaigns (not just planning them).
  • Experience working with influencers, agencies, and external partners across the GCC or broader MENA region.
  • Strong project management skills, able to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple workstreams without dropping the ball.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management across both brand and commercial teams.
  • Creative eye combined with executional rigour, able to deliver high-quality work on time.
  • Based in Dubai, with flexibility to travel across the GCC for events and activations.
