Job Purpose
Represent the brand by delivering an exceptional customer experience, promoting products/services, and enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
Customer Experience
- Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about products, services, and brand offerings
- Ensure a positive and memorable brand experience
Brand Representation
- Act as the face of the brand at stores, events, or activations
- Maintain brand image, grooming standards, and presentation
- Promote brand values and messaging consistently
Sales Support
- Assist customers in product selection and inquiries
- Support sales teams in achieving targets
- Upsell and cross-sell products where applicable
Events & Promotions
- Participate in brand activations, events, and campaigns
- Distribute promotional materials and gather customer feedback
Store And Area Management
- Ensure the display area is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the team if required
