Role Overview
The Brand Associate supports brand and business performance by coordinating, tracking, and executing operational and sales activities across retail doors and partners.
The role works across internal teams and retail partners to drive results, optimize stock, and support brand activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor sell-out, target comparisons, door performance, productivity, rankings, and underperforming doors.
- Follow up on purchase orders, assortment, pricing, listings, stock availability, transfers, replenishment, fill rates, and orders.
- Track testers, samples, gifts with purchase, allocations, shipments, and monthly requirements.
- Coordinate animations, masterclasses, launches, promotions, and purchase-with-purchase activities.
- Track visual merchandising materials, point-of-sale fixtures, opening checklists, and store readiness.
- Support targets, performance tracking, schedules, incentives, and field-team tools.
- Prepare business reviews, retailer reports, performance summaries, and presentations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Visual Merchandising, Finance, and Training.
- Follow up with brand partners, escalate commercial matters, and collect market intelligence.
