Role Overview
Lead the visual identity of Assent during a company-wide brand refresh.
Shape design, motion, video, and brand standards in a fast-moving company.
Use AI-powered creative tools to improve production speed and scale.
What You’ll Do
- Own visual identity across design, motion, and video.
- Create graphics, infographics, digital ads, presentations, and campaign creative.
- Edit and produce social clips, sales enablement videos, and animated explainers.
- Build and maintain employee templates and enable users on how to apply them.
- Use generative AI tools to accelerate production and test creative directions.
- Present and defend creative decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on consistent brand touchpoints.
- Maintain brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Test formats and tools, track performance, and iterate.
- Manage competing priorities and deadlines.
What You Bring
- About 5 years of graphic design experience with hands-on video editing and motion graphics skills.
- A portfolio spanning design, video, motion work, and AI-assisted creative.
- Ability to explain creative rationale clearly to non-designers and leadership.
