Schedule and opportunities

Responsibilities
- Engage retail shoppers about HVAC upgrades, heating and air conditioning services, and indoor air quality solutions.
- Promote free in-home HVAC consultations and tune-ups.
- Generate leads for HVAC service, installation, and system replacement consultations.
- Educate homeowners about energy savings and comfort improvements.
- Schedule appointments for HVAC technicians or HVAC comfort advisors.
- Represent the ARS brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
What you need
- Have an outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
- Be able to stand and walk during shifts.
- Be available on weekends and some holidays.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Attend weekly in-office meetings.
- Retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance representing the brand.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as $22 to $23 per hour plus commission.
- Average earning potential is listed as $20 to $30 per hour with commission.
- Weekly pay is provided by direct deposit.
