Branch Operations Manager

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the Branch Management Team and Advisor teams.
• Manage client account activities and ensure compliance standards are met.
• Liaise with internal departments and provide software and process-related training.
• Manage branch facilities and equipment.
• Provide guidance and coaching for agents and assist with large or complex deals.
• Monitor insurance products, strategies, competitors, and general industry trends.

Requirements

• Must have the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE).
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain a professional approach and complete duties independently while finding solutions.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities systems and procedures is an asset.
• Experience in the securities industry is an asset.

Compensation

• The expected pay range is $67,000.00 to $110,000.00 for the primary work location.
• Discretionary variable compensation may increase total compensation based on business and individual performance.

Schedule

• The position lists 37.5 work hours per week.
• The employment type is full time and the pay type is salaried.
