About the Role
ESSO Coffee is hiring a Branch Manager in Jeddah to oversee daily operations, sales, inventory, cash management, and compliance. The role requires leadership in a fast-paced coffee shop environment.

Responsibilities
- متابعة أداء الفرع بشكل مباشر (Directly monitor branch performance)
- وضع خطة أسبوعية او شهرية للمبيعات (Set weekly or monthly sales plans)
- تحديد أولويات العمل اليومية للمشرفين ومتابعة تنفيذها (Set daily work priorities for supervisors and follow up)
- التأكد من تطبيق سياسات الشركة وإجراءات التشغيل في الفرع (Ensure company policies and operating procedures are applied)
- متابعة أداء المشرفين والموظفين باستمرار (Continuously monitor performance of supervisors and employees)
- متابعة المبيعات اليومية ومقارنتها بالهدف اليومي والشهري (Monitor daily sales and compare to daily and monthly targets)
- متابعة توفير المنتجات الأساسية للفرع (Ensure availability of essential products)
- مراجعة مستويات الهدر والتالف للفرع (Review waste and damage levels)
- متابعة بيع المنتجات في الفرع ومتابعة المنتجات بطيئة الحركة (Monitor product sales and slow moving items)
- متابعة تواريخ الصلاحية وطريقة التخزين والتدوير (Monitor expiry dates and storage rotation)
- متابعة الالتزام باجراءات الكاشير ونقاط البيع (Ensure compliance with cashier and POS procedures)
- متابعة حالة الفرع من الداخل والخارج بشكل دوري (Periodically check branch condition inside and out)
Requirements
- Leadership and management experience in a retail or hospitality environment
- Ability to manage sales targets and inventory
- Knowledge of cash handling and POS systems
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations

- متابعة أداء الفرع بشكل مباشر
- وضع خطة أسبوعية او شهرية للمبيعات
- تحديد أولويات العمل اليومية للمشرفين ومتابعة تنفيذها
- التأكد من تطبيق سياسات الشركة وإجراءات التشغيل في الفرع
- متابعة أداء المشرفين والموظفين باستمرار
المبيعات وتحقيق الأهداف (Sales and Target Achievement)
- متابعة المبيعات اليومية ومقارنتها بالهدف اليومي والشهري
المخزون والهدر والتوريد (Inventory, Waste and Supply)
- متابعة توفير المنتجات الأساسية للفرع
- مراجعة مستويات الهدر والتالف للفرع
- متابعة بيع المنتجات في الفرع ومتابعة المنتجات بطيئة الحركة واقتراح حلول لتصريفها او التقليل من طلبها
- متابعة تواريخ الصلاحية وطريقة التخزين والتدوير حسب الأولوية
- رفع تقارير المخزون والهدر بشكل دوري
النقدية والكاشير (Cash and Cashier)
- متابعة الالتزام باجراءات الكاشير ونقاط البيع
- متابعة اغلاق اليوميات بشكل صحيح في الوقت المحدد
- مراقبة استخدام الخصومات والعروض والتأكد من تطبيقها حسب السياسة
الصيانة والنظافة والمظهر العام (Maintenance, Cleanliness and General Appearance)
- متابعة حالة الفرع من الداخل والخارج بشكل دوري
- رفع بلاغات الصيانة والتحسين ومتابعتها حتى الاغلاق النهائي
- التأكد من نظافة الفرع والواجهة ومنطقة العملاء ومناطق العمل الداخلية
اشتراطات البلدية والصحية (Municipal and Health Requirements)
- التأكد من التزام الفرع والموظفين بالاشتراطات البلدية والصحية المعتمدة
- متابعة طرق التخزين والحفظ وفصل المواد بشكل صحيح
