The employer is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Branch Manager – Head for its Sharjah branch.
The role oversees overall sales operations, team management, sales performance, and branch revenue targets.
Location and Workplace
- The role is based in Sharjah, UAE.
- Work location is in person.
Compensation
- The listed salary is AED 4,000–5,000 plus incentives.
- The posting also states pay of AED 4,000–5,500 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage branch operations and team performance.
- Drive admissions and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Monitor sales activities and ensure target achievement.
- Handle client escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members.
- Maintain reports, MIS, and performance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in sales or branch management.
- Edutech experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-handling experience.
- Proven track record in achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
