Five or more years of shear and press experience preferred.
Familiarity with Amada equipment and Fanuc controls a plus!
Ability to set up brake presses, shears, saws, and die punch presses without assistance.
A consistent focus on accuracy, detail, reliability, safety, and efficiency.
Ability to clearly train and support other employees.
