About the Job
Elevate&CO is seeking a Bookkeeper to join its Abu Dhabi team.
The role supports a membership-based luxury lifestyle and experiential management firm serving ultra-high-net-worth clients across property, travel, and lifestyle services.
The position requires precision, discretion, operational excellence, accurate records, and robust financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and issue client invoices based on written approvals, approved scopes, BOQs, or confirmed third-party bookings.
- Process deposits, staged payments, variations, milestones, and final balances.
- Manage commission invoicing for suppliers where clients pay directly.
- Monitor bank accounts multiple times daily and accurately allocate incoming payments.
- Prepare payment receipts and maintain up-to-date accounts receivable records and ageing.
- Prepare weekly supplier payment schedules and process supplier payments following approval.
- Track prepayments, balances, refunds, credits, and inter-account transfers.
- Perform bank, ledger, card, and supplier reconciliations.
- Maintain job-level or booking-level financial records using actual costs only.
- Coordinate supplier communication and follow up on documentation, statements, and confirmations.
- Maintain complete, auditable documentation across internal systems and shared drives.
