Bookkeeper

Reporting and Suppliers

• Coordinate supplier communication and follow up on documentation, statements of account, and confirmations.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial, reconciliation, and VAT reports by set deadlines.
• Support audits, reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Set up new suppliers in finance systems and collect trade licenses, VAT certificates, and bank details.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts, or finance operations is required.
• Experience in property, travel, hospitality, or service-based environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting in high-volume settings.
• Confidence using accounting software, online banking platforms, spreadsheets, and shared drive systems.
• Exceptional accuracy, organization, documentation control, discretion, confidentiality, and professional conduct are required.
• The role requires managing multiple workflows, meeting fixed deadlines, and working independently within defined processes and approvals.
