Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Booking Coordinator to join our team.

This role plays a key part in managing client bookings, coordinating production resources, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming booking requests for crew, equipment, and production services
  • Coordinate schedules and availability of crew and resources
  • Communicate with clients to confirm booking details, requirements, and timelines
  • Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, and related documentation
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and client communications
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
  • Handle last-minute changes and problem-solve efficiently under pressure

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Media, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in booking coordination, customer service, or media production is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
