Responsibilities
- Safely operate Bobcat and backhoe loaders to excavate trenches, grade, level ground, and backfill
- Load and unload dirt, gravel, sand, and construction debris from trucks and stockpiles
- Swap and utilize various attachments (buckets, augers, sweepers, pallet forks) based on project needs
- Conduct daily inspections (fluids, tires, hydraulics) and perform minor preventative maintenance
- Follow all UAE construction safety protocols, keep the work zone tidy, and communicate effectively with the site crew
Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License with Category 8 (Heavy Equipment) or RTA certification
- Minimum 2 5 years of verifiable experience inside UAE in construction projects
- Basic proficiency in English or Hindi/Urdu to understand on site instructions and safety signs
