Perform a variety of duties related to the processing of poultry.

Including working with live chicken or raw chicken.

Tasks include but are not limited to handling and processing chicken products, deboning, cutting, packing, weighing, moving, inspecting, etc.

In all positions, other duties by supervision as needed.

• Ensure pallet jack is clean from prior shift. Complete pre-operation inspection of equipment.
• Weigh product on floor scale and print label.
• Use stretch wrap to secure product on pallet.
• Move product to storage or shipping areas.
• Stock lines with required PPE and hand washing products.
• Complete temperature checks throughout the manufacturing area.
• Verify product seals are correct and match the production screens.
• Operate and maintain basic production equipment.
• Lockout-tagout certified and follow all lockout-tagout parameters.
• Inspect/calibrate all equipment before use and between each breakdown.
• Coordinate with leads to follow production schedules to make the correct WIP.
