- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Identify, approach, and engage potential clients such as hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers
- Deliver compelling product presentations and hands on demonstrations
- Foster and maintain strong, long term relationships with customers
- Provide top tier customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to spot new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional initiatives and campaigns
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in medical equipment, biomedical engineering, or physiotherapy products
- Proven success in selling physiotherapy and rehabilitation equipment
- In depth knowledge of the healthcare sector and customer needs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self driven, target oriented, and capable of working independently
- Valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Physiotherapy, or a related field is preferred
