- Provide technical support and expertise during sales process, including product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Work closely with engineering team to understand product specifications and capabilities
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate biomedical products based on their requirements
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring needs are met throughout sales cycle
- Conduct regular follow ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
- Stay up to date with latest developments in biomedical engineering and healthcare technology
- Provide training to clients and internal teams on use and maintenance of biomedical products
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in biomedical or healthcare industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in technical sales role
- Strong understanding of biomedical products, technologies, and applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Advanced degree or certifications in sales/marketing is a plus

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, reporting on progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract details.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or additional certifications in sales, marketing, or a related area is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the biomedical or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical sales role.
- Strong understanding of biomedical products, technologies, and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Physical Requirements
