1. Team Leadership & Drafting Management
- Lead, manage, and hold the drafting team accountable for quality, accuracy, productivity, and project deadlines.
- Assign drafting resources and balance workloads to meet project schedules.
- Review work, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with Revit standards and department QA/QC processes.
- Support the training and professional development of the drafting team.
2. Revit Mastery & Document Production
- Develop precise, detailed, and buildable construction documents in Revit.
