BIM Modeller/Draftsperson

Reporting to the BIM Team Leader, you will assist in the design, engineering and certification of Korvest Products. Our BIM Modellers / drafters have at minimum, a basic understanding of general manufacturing processes and how they are communicated in drawings. You will be based at our head office located in Kilburn where our manufacturing, galvanising, warehouse and engineering teams service a national branch network of warehouses and sales departments.

You will actively assist in:

Production of models and drawings

Drawings to effectively and accurately communicating the design intent

Reviewing of drawings, models and assemblies undertaken by others

Experience with mechanical equipment design, modelling and drawing, preferably within a workshop/manufacturing environment

An understanding of general manufacturing processes and how they are communicated in drawings

Experience with Revit is essential and Solidworks or Inventor experience desirable

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
