Job Summary
Create, develop, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models and technical drawings.
Interpret engineering and architectural drawings and support project teams with BIM-related technical requirements.
Modeling and Coordination
- Create and develop detailed 3D BIM models according to project requirements.
- Prepare and update BIM models based on architectural and engineering drawings.
- Coordinate models with architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
- Identify and resolve design clashes and coordination issues.
Drawings and Documentation
- Prepare BIM drawings, layouts, sections, and documentation.
- Ensure models comply with project standards and specifications.
- Review drawings and models for accuracy and completeness.
- Make revisions and updates based on design changes.
- Maintain BIM documentation and project files.
Project Support
- Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Support project teams with BIM-related technical requirements.
