BIM Modeller : Arch

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler with a B.Arch background to create and manage accurate Building Information Models for architectural and construction projects.

The candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to develop coordinated BIM models and detailed drawings.

• Create and develop detailed architectural BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP models.
• Interpret architectural drawings and convert them into accurate BIM models.
• Maintain BIM standards, project templates, and model quality.
• Identify and resolve design clashes and coordination issues.
• Prepare quantity schedules and model-based documentation when required.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Make revisions based on design changes and project requirements.
• Ensure models are delivered accurately within project timelines.

• B.Arch / Bachelor of Architecture degree.
• 1–5 years of experience in BIM modeling or architectural drafting.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic understanding of BIM workflows.
