The BIM Engineer – Structural develops and manages structural BIM models, prepares detailed drawings, and supports multidisciplinary design coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage structural BIM models using Revit.
- Prepare drawings, schedules, and details from BIM models.
- Coordinate with architectural and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes and design issues.
- Maintain model accuracy, standards compliance, and version control.
- Assist with BIM execution plans and project BIM standards compliance.
- Support structural engineers with visualization, analysis, and documentation.
- Participate in clash detection and quality control reviews.
- Provide technical guidance to junior BIM modelers.
Experience and Qualifications
- Require a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Require 2–6 years of structural BIM modeling experience.
- Require proficiency in Revit.
- Require strong understanding of structural design principles and detailing.
- Require good communication and teamwork skills.
