About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled BIM Manager to lead and manage BIM operations for F&B, retail outlets, restaurant, and hospitality projects . The ideal candidate will oversee BIM standards, workflows, coordination, and project delivery while leading a team of BIM Architects and BIM Modelers.
This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and experience managing multiple fast-paced retail and hospitality projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the BIM team, including BIM Architects and BIM Modelers.
- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and project execution strategies.
- Oversee BIM coordination and ensure accurate development of architectural and MEP models.
- Manage BIM deliverables, project timelines, and quality standards across multiple projects.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct clash detection reviews and resolve coordination issues using BIM tools.
- Ensure all BIM models and drawings comply with company standards, client requirements, and project specifications.
