The BIM Leader is responsible for leading the BIM modeling team, ensuring technical excellence, meeting deadlines, and client satisfaction.

They act as the main point of contact between the internal team and clients, coordinating demands, aligning expectations, and ensuring that projects are developed according to quality standards, technical requirements, and business objectives.

• Lead, develop, and mentor the BIM Modelers team, fostering a collaborative, productive, and results-oriented environment.
• Plan, distribute, and monitor team activities, ensuring proper resource allocation and adherence to established schedules.
• Acting as the main interface with internal and external clients, conducting alignment meetings, coordinating and monitoring projects.
• Understanding and translating client needs into clear directions for the technical team, ensuring the correct execution of projects.
