Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for building technology systems, including ICT, Security, Audio-Visua, and telecommunications. - Collaborate with design teams to ensure integration of various building systems within the BIM environment. - Conduct clash detection and resolution using BIM software to minimize system conflicts during the design phase. - Provide technical support and guidance to project teams regarding best practices in BIM implementation and workflows. - Ensure the accuracy and consistency of BIM documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project reports. - Assist in the development and execution of BIM execution plans, including defining project goals, processes, and deliverables. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and software developments related to BIM and building technology systems. - Participate in project meetings, presentations, and workshops to communicate BIM strategies and outcomes to clients and project stakeholders. - Provide training and mentorship to junior staff in BIM practices and software tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in BIM coordination and management for building technology systems. - Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant design tools. - Strong knowledge of building technology systems and their integration within architectural designs. - Experience with clash detection and resolution processes in BIM-driven projects. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently. - Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations related to building technology systems. - Certification in BIM technologies (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
