The project: This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia.

This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for: Communicates effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders while ensuring collaboration and information sharing across projects.

Develops and applies knowledge of ISO 19650 and relevant client standards, ensuring compliance with information management requirements.

Ensures information security protocols are followed and supports governance, assurance, and quality control processes, including QA/QC reviews of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).

Understands information authoring fundamentals and delivers work in accordance with Mace processes, procedures, and information management assignment responsibilities.

Reviews existing technologies, researches emerging BIM solutions, and supports continuous improvement of digital delivery processes.

Provides construction sequencing strategies using information models and supports the assurance and validation of information models throughout project delivery.

Assists in the development of object libraries, information standards, methods, procedures, and shared BIM resources aligned with organizational strategy.

Collaborates with project, design, and cost management teams to support cost planning, procedural compliance, and the achievement of net-zero carbon objectives through proactive carbon management.

You’ll need to have: Holds a Level 3 qualification or equivalent.

Includes A Levels, AS Levels, and International Baccalaureate qualifications.

Covers Advanced Apprenticeships and T Levels.
