Role Overview
The BIM Architect will develop, coordinate, and manage detailed Building Information Models using Autodesk Revit.
The role translates design intent into accurate, data-rich models and construction-ready documentation for international projects.
The position requires an architectural background, BIM software proficiency, and delivery of high-quality outputs within project timelines.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and is performed from the office.
- The work involves collaboration with international clients and internal production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and manage architectural BIM models from LOD 100 to LOD 500 using Autodesk Revit.
- Create plans, sections, elevations, schedules, construction documentation, and detailed shop drawings.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models using Navisworks.
- Collaborate with international project managers, architects, and engineers to maintain accuracy and design intent.
- Follow AIA, ISO, or client-specific BIM standards for naming, file management, and data integrity.
