An established architectural practice in Dubai is seeking a BIM Architect to lead BIM modeling and technical documentation for high-profile residential and hospitality projects. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage BIM models throughout all project stages from concept design to construction documentation
- Produce high quality architectural drawings, schedules, and technical documentation using Revit
- Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), company standards, and client requirements
- Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and specialist consultant disciplines
- Participate in clash detection and model coordination workshops to resolve design conflicts
- Prepare detailed design packages, construction drawings, and tender documentation
- Ensure drawings and models comply with local regulations, authority requirements, and project specifications
- Support project architects and design teams in the development of technical solutions
- Assist with authority submissions and design coordination activities where required
- Maintain BIM standards, model accuracy, and data integrity throughout project delivery
- Conduct regular model audits and quality reviews
- Support project teams in meeting programme milestones and deliverable requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related discipline
- BIM certification or Autodesk Revit certification is advantageous
- 5 8 years of professional experience within an architectural consultancy environment
- Proven experience delivering residential and hospitality projects
- Previous UAE experience is strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, standards, and coordination processes
- Experience using Navisworks for clash detection and model review
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud is advantageous

Job Overview

Requirements
