Role Overview
The project team is seeking an experienced BIM Architect or BIM Coordinator with a strong interior design background.
The role supports architectural and interior fit-out projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The position is described as full-time and project-based, with immediate joining indicated.
Requirements
- Seven to eight years of relevant experience is required.
- A strong interior design background is required.
- Experience in architectural and interior fit-out projects is required.
- Experience on large-scale, high-end Saudi Arabian developments is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with Revit is required.
- Experience with LOD 400 modelling, shop drawing review, and multidisciplinary BIM coordination is required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit at LOD 400.
- Review shop drawings for architectural and interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate BIM deliverables across multiple disciplines.
