Billing Platform System Analyst

What you bring • Experience with Billing Platform Billing and/or Billing Platform Revenue Recognition, including technical certifications where available. • Advanced Billing Platform development experience, including reporting, BPQL, widget development, API integrations, and custom development. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web application development practices. • Experience designing, developing, testing, and optimizing REST and SOAP API-based integrations. • Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL query development, data modeling, and database performance optimization. • Experience delivering solutions across the full software development lifecycle using iterative and incremental methodologies. • Strong understanding of application configuration, customization, security concepts, and system integration patterns. • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects of moderate complexity with a high degree of independence. • Typically requires a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with subscription billing, revenue management, or financial systems platforms. • Experience with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Oracle, Zuora, Aria, or similar solutions. • Knowledge of financial services industry processes, controls, and business operations. • Experience with release management tools, deployment processes, and environment management. • Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to technical best practices. • Additional certifications in enterprise applications, integrations, cloud technologies, or related disciplines.
