Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner, in compliance with UAE tax and electronic invoicing regulations
- Reconcile customer accounts, resolve billing queries, and follow up on outstanding balances or overdue payments
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, ensuring minimal delays in billing processes
- Prepare and submit monthly or quarterly billing reports to management
- Maintain meticulous, up to date billing records and update account information in the accounting system
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of practical experience in billing, accounts receivable, or general accounting roles
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (High school diploma with equivalent experience will also be considered)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and popular billing or accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks)
- Familiarity with local tax regulations, VAT filing, and invoicing standards
- Exceptional speed and accuracy with data entry
- Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts

Job Description
- We are seeking a highly accurate and detail oriented Billing Executive to join our finance team. You will be the primary point of contact for customer invoicing, ensuring all billing cycles are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
